Marc Pavlopoulos, Founder & CEO

Marc understands what it takes to build and scale a tech company, and all the challenges along the way — from accessing technical talent, to attempting to operate outside the US Prior to founding Syndesus, Marc has spent over 20 years helping build VC backed startups in Silicon Valley in sales and business development roles.

He also has the unique experience of living and working in Canada for 5 years where he achieved his MBA from University of Western Ontario (Ivey School of Business) and worked in Toronto venture capital and tech. It is here where he developed a strong understanding of the needs of Canadian tech workers and the value of the Canadian immigration system.

Marc grew up in California, and now lives with his family just north of Manhattan (Larchmont, NY). He regularly travels to Canada.
